For over 40 years we have been creating gourmet food products for the enjoyment of others.   We truly believe that when some people don't see the light,  others have to be the light.  The quickest way to get a big smile on someone's face, and in their heart, is to put something delicious in their mouth.

We have had restaurants and other food product venues.  People have always loved our food and they say, "this is made with LOVE".  We have also spent years nurturing and growing edible plants, vegetables, herbs and fruits to obtain the most wholesome, fresh and tasty ingredients.  We can't always grow everything, and we select other ingredients with the same care we put into our plant's growth
